QUALIFICATIONS Over 35 years experience in design, construction & project management for a variety of major projects in the U.S.A., Saudi Arabia and Greece that included civil structural assignments for steel & concrete structures. EXPERIENCE 8/97 – Present AMTEK, Athens, Greece. Team leader with respect to structural and civil aspects for EPC proposals in the field of Gas and Oil, Power Generation, Seawater Desalination, Mining, Waste, Water Treatment Plants, Onshore Plant Facilities, Pipe Racks, Equipment Foundations, etc. in the Middle East and Africa. Responsibilities included FEED endorsement and/or deviations. Also, acted as team leader for the structural design of onshore commercial facilities of the New Marina at Darnah Port in Libya. In the domestic area managed Tender construction documentation and contract implementation for several turnkey projects located at the new Spata International Airport outside Athens. Projects include the Goldair VIP Lounge at the main passenger terminal building, DHL handling facilities, and a Cargo Warehouse building. Also, was involved in the design Tender package of a new aircraft maintenance hanger servicing the A300 Airbus, for the Hellenic Aerospace Industry in Tanagra. 12/83 - 7/97 AMES LTD., Athens, Greece. Principal-in-charge of design/liaison for the "Islamic University of Madinah", totaling over U.S $3 billion of construction. Such projects were the Royal Saudi Air Force Complex & Air Force Academy a Al Kharj, the Highway Patrol System, the Riyadh Hilton, Youth Clubs & Sport Complexes, all in Saudi Arabia. New York Construction Superintendent - Supervised for general contractor high rise housing from foundations to finish trim and coordinated all trades.
